These terms govern your use of merajourney.com and general interactions with Meratech LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Mera Journey. Active clients are also subject to our Client Agreement.

Agreement
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Mera Journey is
Meratech LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Mera Journey provides personal travel advisory services. We design itineraries, recommend operators, and coordinate logistics. We are not an airline, hotel, tour operator, or insurer. Travel services (guides, lodging, transport, permits) are performed by independent third parties.
Fees for our advisory work are separate from operator, airline, and hotel costs unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Website content
Destination descriptions, journal posts, and sample itineraries are for general information only. Conditions on the ground change. Final itineraries and pricing are confirmed in writing for each client.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee weather, views, wildlife sightings, permit approvals, flight schedules, or operator availability. Himalayan and adventure travel involves inherent uncertainty. See our Travel Disclaimer for risk and insurance information.
Third-party services
When we introduce you to local operators or you book through third parties, their terms and cancellation policies apply to those bookings. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers, except as required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meratech LLC d/b/a Mera Journey and Kai Mai are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or travel, including delays, cancellations, injury, or property loss caused by third parties or force majeure events.
Our total liability for any claim relating to advisory services shall not exceed the planning fees you paid to us for that trip, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meratech LLC d/b/a Mera Journey from claims arising from your breach of these terms, your travel conduct, or your violation of local laws during a trip.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and original photography are owned by Meratech LLC d/b/a Mera Journey or licensors. You may not copy or republish materials without permission.
Seller of Travel
Meratech LLC (d/b/a Mera Journey) is registered in Pennsylvania and does not currently hold a Seller of Travel registration in California, Florida, Washington, Hawaii, or other jurisdictions. Laws in your home state may still apply. If you are a resident of a state with Seller of Travel requirements, contact us before booking for current status.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.
